Hey there! I'm Jaclyn Salts, owner and founder of Oaklyn Knoll LLC. I got into landscape design after witnessing the town I grew up in rebuild after a devastating wildfire. I'm originally from a suburb of San Diego but went to school at Colorado State University.

I have a degree in Environmental Horticulture with concentrations in Landscape Design and Contracting as well as Nursery Production and Management. While in school, I worked for and eventually ran the Annual Flower Trial Gardens. - I highly recommend a visit if you've never been!

After school, I worked in high-end estate management for Lamberts Landscape in Dallas, Texas. Then, I worked primarily in commercial landscape design back in San Diego, working on projects ranging from hospitals to hotels and HOAs. In 2019, I came back to Colorado and started working with Helios Landscape Design in 2020. There, I developed many industry connections and worked almost exclusively in residential landscape design.

In addition to my work experience, I am also an ISA Certified Arborist and member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. Trees are a special passion of mine and I work hard to preserve and integrate them thoughtfully to my designs.

Some of my favorite things about my work are that I get to talk about plants all day, and that I get to help clients create spaces that they will enjoy throughout their daily lives.

While I am based out of Fort Collins, I do consultations throughout Colorado and into Wyoming as well. I look forward to working with you!
